Nightly 支持动态 menu bar 图标了

因 rsshub 域名受污染，调整了下 sspai 插件的地址，有在用的小伙伴可以更新下版本至 1.2.2

目前最新的更新机制中去除了 appcast.xml ，文档中还未更新，所以未适配的插件会提示更新失败，需要改成 configURL 和 downloadURL 即可。 好处是未来只需要变更 config.json 中的版本号即可
