dual capital raise structure is a hard-coded suicide, it makes it impossible to ever provide token holder value. there are some hardcore deviations like PumpFun but that was only possible because Alons investors were Alliance and angels & not institutional VCs

Didnt realize how ubiqtuious this model was until recent

ask your founder if he raised dual capital & then ask how his equity holders would think about all the value flowing to a crypto coin with people on the cap table they dont know about lol

I vibecoded street.app/city in 8h of work. Back in 2023 this would have cost me ~10k-15k to hire a freelancer & probably would have taken a month until completion.
Am pretty confident compsci labour will continue to decrease over time. It‘s a tragic story tbh, most people went into compsci in 2015-2022 with this promise of high salaries and growing job demand. They are left with a rotting industry & a degree that can be close to completely automated.
eventually plateau of productivity will come for AI, but i strongly believe that it will damage the labour demand on engineers greatly.
how to profit of it?
not sure, i‘m trying to find good startups that replace the traditional contractual comp engineering jobs with bounty systems (PVP between gig workers).
