- Small but Mighty Team: Our team is small, and each of us wears multiple hats—spanning programming, fundraising, public relations, and tech support. This diversity in roles is both a strength and a challenge.
- Priority and Progress: Resolving the disconnect issue is our top priority. However, addressing this doesn't only mean focusing on immediate fixes. It also involves securing the future of Functionland:
- Securing More Funding: Investment meetings are crucial as they help us expand our team. More funding means more programmers, which leads to faster fixes and improvements.
- Faster Fixes and Better Project: With a larger team, we can accelerate development, leading to a better project for both backers and our development team, eventually attracting larger public adoption.
- Ehsan's Dual Role: Ehsan, who is spearheading the technical resolution, is also essential in our funding meetings. His deep project knowledge makes him the best pitch person, though this does slow things a bit. Rest assured, this strategy is designed for long-term success and stability.

Until now, the burden of digesting all the awesome ❤️ and the rightful 💩 was on the shoulders of @keyvan_m_sadeghi. This is not the 21st century way of handling great work, every hero of the community should directly receive the deserved ❤️, and we’re in any 💩 that the world throws at us TOGETHER 💪
We should strive for People Owned Network becoming a reality, and as the cornerstone, FGA will assume its role of Leader of Functionland from today 🥳
The mechanisms for best practices of running a DAO are being incorporated by learning from other projects, as well, we’re innovating on top of these, and discovering ways that work best for the plane of space-time that we’re currently entrapped within! 👽🚀

If you are experiencing any of the below:
- Those who don't see blox peer id (shown by clicking on tower icon) in explorer: https://functionyard.fula.network/#/explorer
- Chain size stays at a low value and does not increase
- Fula size is above 1 but rewards are 0 or not increasing
- Those who has fula size at 1
Please follow the below to fix:
- Reboot your blox by unplugging and plugging it back
- Click on Tower icon and click "Reset chain Data"

We are opening a new support room dedicated to addressing your issues. This space is just for you to report ongoing problems. Here’s how it works:

* Duration: How long the problem. has been occurring.
* Date: Today’s date.
Example:
- Not Earning - 1 Week - May 23, 2024
There will be no direct responses in the room, but this will help us gauge how many people are experiencing the same issue and for how long. We will prioritize problems based on their severity and the number of community members affected. If we identify it as an individual issue, a tech support team member will DM you. For widespread problems, we will send an announcement to the community once it is resolved.
3. Installation Issues
We kindly ask everyone to keep discussions and queries about installing firmware and the FxBlox app in the existing support rooms. The new support room is specifically for problems that occur after the installation process is complete. This helps us keep the discussions organized and ensure that your issues are addressed promptly.
