A bunch of tooled-up monkeys have been spotted at a safari park in the UK.
An uprising of baboons armed with knives and chainsaws is underway at Knowsley Safari Park in Merseyside. Keepers at the park suspect visitors may have been handing out weapons to the primates for a laugh. The baboons have been known to swarm cars entering the safari park, and have ripped off windscreen wipers and wing mirrors with their bare hands. So handing over a portable, mechanical saw to an unpredictable gang of baboons seems like quite a gamble just for a giggle. Others have speculated that the menacing monkeys pilfered them from keepers’ toolboxes.
