If Syrio Forel has an actual metal sword, does the outcome of this scene change?

Jamie Lannister's character arc
I'm only on season 3 so far yeah I know I waited a long time to watch the show. But I never thought that I would be cheering for Jamie Lannister. I really enjoy his storyline.

Arya reaching the Vale
Why didn't the knights of the vale welcome arya stark and just greeted her from the gates??
Lysa was dead but it was her son who ruled in her stead, so surely he would've rewarded the hound with something and arya would've been safe too
Atleast until they knew about robin being a psycho

Could Tyrion’s idea of Jon and Daenerys marrying and ruling together as co-monarchs have succeeded under any circumstances?

Since Jon was never legitimised he remained a Snow. As such if he had stayed as King in the North, would Northern bastards have to be given a new name?

No spoilers what would have happened if Jon Snow was born with the blonde white Targaryen hair and purple eyes? How do we think Ned would have played it?

Watching GoT for the first time and just finished season 1.
Let me start this off by saying that I've never read the books. Never seen an episode before this, just seen the famous memes but I wished I watched this when it was coming out.
I like how the show was written. People might not like the shifting of the POVs but I love how it was done (following Daenerys is my favorite!). The dialogues are natural and well-written. There are scenes that are just genius and I like how every character is either flawed or morally-grey.
I have many favorite scenes starting from "Rhaeger's coronation" to the famous beheading scene at episode 9. But my most favorite is the last scene from this season where Daenerys' burned Drogo together with the witch and her rising from the ashes with the dragons hatched. The witch's singing turning into horrid screams of pain as she burns is just genius writing.
Jon's arc and story is the least interesting so far but I am excited to see how they will continue the story of the white walkers and I am curious about the wall. I hope the reason why the white walkers were sleeping and waking up will be explained. I would also like to learn how the wall was built or if it's a natural structure.
Other things I am excited to learn is that if magic exists in this world. I know magic exists like how the witch cursed Daenerys but if "fireballs appearing from my hand" kind of magic exists. I also hope the story expands on the deities of the world. So many names to familiarize and I hope they will be expanded upon.
I am scared to google anything about this show but I want to see a full map of the world. Will searching that in Google reveal any spoilers?

Maisie Williams is a hell of an actress
I just saw Maisie Williams' interview with Jimmie Fallon back when they were promoting the show's last season, and it made me realize that she is a hell of an actress!
