Stannis and Davos are the most underrated duo

One thing I’ve always loved is how Davos is literally the only person alive who can look Stannis in the eye and tell him he’s being stupid and somehow get away with it.
“Loyal service means telling hard truths” is one of the best lines in the show, and Davos lived it. He understood Stannis better than anyone, beneath the harsh exterior, Stannis was a disciplined commander with a real sense of justice and duty. And he also saw how the Red Woman was slowly turning him into something he never originally was…. a fanatic.

The show tried hard to frame Stannis as rigid, boring, grumpy… but honestly I think he’s one of the most articulate and unexpectedly charismatic characters in the entire series. When he speaks, it’s sharp and filled with purpose. He always meant what he said.

That’s why the early Stannis–Davos dynamic was so good. Before everything went downhill before the madness and the brutal decision with Shireen…

Which of Daenerys forces was the most loyal to her and who would abandon her first if the situation presented itself?

What people don't seem to realize is that Ned Stark came in with 7 people specifically, 7 people for a trial by combat (for the New Gods despite him believing in the Old Ones) against whomever is holding Lyanna Stark (Ser Arthur)

Dany or Jon(the ultimate question)

Everyone knows this question and they have their opinion but, here's mine. I don't think Dany should rule. Targaryen are not good rulers and i get the fact that she is the prophecy so she should be different but prophecy is reason why she shouldn't rule. Fire and ice, she was born to defeat the Ice (ice being night king) not rule the kingdom. And even though Jon makes rightous and not politically good decisions. He is much better fit to be ruler than Dany, any day of the week. I think in the battle of long night, Dany and Night king just fight their heart out and night king rises with all of the undead people and then she with dragons at her side, she faces the Night king and they both should die in the battle.... An honorary sacrifice... Fire and ice can't exist without one another.... Jon honors her and takes on the throne

Watched and Finished GoT for the FIRST time

All I can say is WOW. I wish I didn’t wait as long as I did to finally watch GoT. I absolutely LOVED it! I love zombies and never realized they had zombie like creatures in this show so that was a fun surprise. I also really enjoyed all of the other fun creatures and antagonists that this show had included!

I guess my big question is, why do people hate season 8 so much? At the time season 8 was released I had never seen an episode of Game of Thrones and never intended to because of all of the negative things that I was hearing about the final season. As time went on, I never planned on watching it until my girlfriend recommended it. She had watched up until season 3 and wanted to watch it again so we started from the beginning and I was instantly hooked. This show did really well making sure that you hated characters that it wanted you to hate. When a character that I really hated had died, I had felt so much excitement. The fighting scenes were always really fun to watch and the show did really well throwing in surprise deaths for characters. With that, my mind couldn’t stop thinking, “how does season 8 go so wrong.” I was honestly dreading having to watch season 8 because everything that I have ever heard about it was just negative. Even the reviews online were all negative. And then I watched season 8 and I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. It likely has to deal with the fact I had binge watched the show within the last 2 months of time vs someone that was waiting for each season to renew. But I still want to know why everyone hated season 8 as much as they did?

I do not think season 8 was perfect by any means. I actually really disliked the final episode and think it’s the worst episode of the show but still enjoyed episodes 3-5
