I like how one of the most tactically gifted and military minds of westeros is a teenager with no previous battle experience.really makes you wonder about his potential as an older, wiser person.

If GOT got remade in 20 years, what would you want done differently?
I know remakes are usually a bad idea, but if HBO or someone else ever tried again with a full book-faithful version, what's the number one thing you'd want changed? Pacing? Character arcs? More focus on prophecy? Keeping the political tension longer?
Just curious how people imagine a different version.

You are on a mission to ruin early seasons of Game of Thrones, what changes are you making to the plot?
Cersei and Catelyn are friends who experimented when they were young, now they are trying to stop the war fueled by their husband / son / fathers. Purple wedding happens first, Catelyn agrees to the Red Wedding to make up for Sansa's involvement in the Purple wedding.
Catelyn agrees Ned deserved his demise because he underestimated a woman, pursues Rob to not seek revenge.
The reason Tywin dislikes Tyrion is because he doesn't want to produce heirs for the family.
Cersei and Jaime are portrayed in a good light now, so people will make romantic edits for them instead of hating on their relationship.
Robert is stupid and does whatever Cersei says.
Dany kills Drogo herself and hates him and has a girl power moment. She also poisons Viserys.
Brianne is a big focus because she will be the hero who ends the long night.
Littlefinger and Varys are ex lovers who hate each other now.
Almost everyone has thicc plot armor.
edit: Sansa and Tyrion have a good arrangement and Sansa has kids with the Hound.
Cersei and Margaery are attracted to each other because they are smart, but can't admit, leading to animosity.

Why did Robb keep Roose Bolton as one of his closest advisors when his castle is called “The Dreadfort”, his family has a reputation for skinning people alive, and whose house’s history is best known for constantly trying to overthrow the Starks?

The first sword of Braavos doesn’t run. Neither does he picks one of the 6-7 swords lying around even after his wooden sword breaks.

The scene where Jaime and Brienne are in the bath together is when the show peaked at character writing
Not talking about romance or shipping. Just pure storytelling.
Jaime spends two seasons being this arrogant prick. Then in one conversation he completely recontextualizes everything about his character.
“By what right does the wolf judge the lion?” He’s not making excuses. He’s genuinely asking what honor even means when every choice is terrible.
The Mad King was going to burn King’s Landing. Jaime saved half a million people. And everyone calls him Kingslayer like it’s shameful.
Brienne’s face during that scene says everything. She realizes she completely misjudged him.
What makes it work is that Jaime isn’t trying to win her over. He’s exhausted and infected and just… breaks. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau acts the hell out of that moment.
This is what made early Game of Thrones special.

What Westerosi king do you relate with the most?
Out of all Westerosi king which one do you see yourself the most in or feel like your the most similar too?
Me personally: Idk but I’ve always seen myself in Aegon V, not saying I’m beloved or anything but personality wise I tend to see a lot of myself in him.
