Gods of Game of Thrones real or not?

Basically I want to know about the Gods and if they actually exist or just made up by the people based on the magic they perform like the God of Light and The other and many deities in the series

What do you think of GOT WITHOUT all the magic things?

There still are WW.
There still are some supernatural creatures like dragons.

But that's it.

No bringing back someone to life.
No three eyed raven.
No Melisandre.

I think it would have been better to focus fully on realistic politics.

And yes. I am still sore over LittleFinger's death because Bran was an invincible magical CCTV

One scene that I think could have improved the battle of the bastards

So we all know the good and the bad of the battle of the bastards. The main point, of course, being the arrival of the knights of the vale with absolutely no warning or foreshadowing. The show at this point throws out its consistency of characters paying attention to each others are doing, especially through scouts.

I had the idea that this could have been improved if just a small scene had been added, with Ramsay asking an advisor what scouts had reported and him being told none had returned, and Ramsay deciding to go out and fight anyway. I feel like this fixes the logical problem of how Ramsay could have possibly been unaware of Littlefinger’s movements, while also making the arrival of the knights feel less like a deus ex machina. It also makes the result of the battle feel like the actual result of Ramsay’s character and his mistakes, which was one of the key aspects of the earlier seasons which was missing from a good deal of the final three seasons.

What do you think?

Gendry and Jaime

Rewatching the show and I realized that we never saw gendry and Jaime interact. By the end of the battle of winterfell, Jaime finds out that gendry is Robert’s bastard who gets legitimized.

I think it was a missed opportunity to see Jaime talk about Robert after all this time. Gendry never met him and Jaime was the only one who actually knew him that gendry could go to. Maybe Jaime could have given him some wisdom on how not to repeat Robert’s legacy.

Thoughts?

What would happen to Rhaegar’s wife and children if they fell into Robert’s hands?

Who would the High Sparrow choose as his champion of the Seven in Cersei’s trial if he did not abolish the trial by combat?

Question about a group

Ive watched the show front to back at least 4 times. To this day I don't know what the wildlings were referring to when it came to a Thenn??
