Today, we’re going to answer some of the most frequently asked questions we’ve received lately.

How can my collection be placed on the main page? Why can’t I see my collection on the main page after I’ve minted it?

Once you’ve minted a collection, it won’t automatically appear on our main page. For now, we’re going through all submissions and hand-picking ones to be displayed on Getgems’ main page. Among amazing NFT art minted on the blockchain, there is also illegal content, unfortunately. We want to clarify that we have no interest in allowing the latter to be published on our marketplace. When we’re in the process of deciding what gets added to our platform, we consider the following:

- The collection has at least 10 NFTs created in the same thematic style. Only collections will be displayed on the main page, not individual NFTs.
- The NFTs in the collection must be up for sale. People visit the marketplace with the intention to buy something; if the collection’s not for sale, we’ve wasted the users’ time. We give priority to collections that were able to sell some of their NFTs, even without being displayed on the main page, meaning there’s already an interest in it among the community.
- The collection must be original. If it has too many similarities to other projects, or someone else’s art is being used, we’ll reject it. We check these things, too.

In the future, however, we plan on updating our marketplace to implement algorithms so that we can step away from the selection process and eliminate any biases. We figure that if a project sells well and is popular among users, it’ll be on the main page.

Hello, friends! Following up our yesterdays post, today we are going to cover the rest of the most popular questions.

When do you expect Tonkeeper app support on your site for logging in and buying NFTs?
We’ve been working closely with the Tonkeeper team, putting the final touches on this implementation. We can’t say when this service will be available because we don’t want to get anyone’s hopes up, but we’re definitely close. What we can tell you is that you’ll not only be able to sign in but also put your NFTs up for sale and make transactions.

When will you add the functions of mass NFT minting and/or burning, among other capabilities, to your marketplace?
At the moment, we’re working on sorting and filtering collections, completing the indexing process for NFTs, and integrating Tonkeeper. One of our top priorities is fixing issues with the process of buying and selling NFTs. For example, if we add the Tonkeeper integration on Monday, we’ll go back to working on features mentioned in the question the following day.

If my collection is already on the marketplace’s whitelist, how can I add more NFTs to it?
A whitelisted collection has no connection with the minting process. Right now, if your collection is ready and you have all supporting materials — a denoscription, avatar, banner, and links to your social media pages — you can mint it and more NFTs for the collection. It’ll later appear not only on the whitelist but also on the blockchain. At that point, you’ll be able to sell and transfer NFTs, while others will have the opportunity to buy. Please, be aware that there's the option to edit the collections' denoscription is NOT available at the moment. Check everything twice before you click "Save".

- The most important news of the past week is that we finished accepting entries for our meme collection contest! Tomorrow, we’ll reveal the results. So, stay tuned.
- Tegro Dogs got minted on Getgems.io. They’re already available for buying and selling on our marketplace!
- Mintosaurs finished minting its collection, with 2,096 NFTs in total! The deflation model of the collection started showing its first moves. In the future, the size of the collection will be further reduced, which will positively affect the price of the remaining NFTs.
- TON Geeks launched a 50-NFT airdrop. The contest runs from May 8 to 22. Jump in!
- The team behind the Animals Red List has been putting up remarkable numbers: More than 500 NFTs have already been resold on the secondary market, with a daily turnover of $20,000. The NFT project has also launched a staking process, in which NFT ARL owners receive a bonus yield percentage.
- An AMA session was streamed a few days ago with the founder of the famous crypto wallet Tonkeeper, Oleg Andreev.

You’ve probably heard the term “derivative” in the context of NFTs, but it has become quite a buzzword. In simple words, a derivative is when a new “derived” collection is created based on an already existing NFT collection. A common example is remakes of top-selling collections, which have become trendy over the past few months.

We’ve been getting a lot of requests to implement a Search tool to make browsing through collections easier — and we’ve answered the call.

A search bar is now available at the top of our website. You don’t have to worry any longer that collectors won’t find your art — they just need to type the collection’s name in the search bar.

A month has passed since our launch day. To say that time flies would be an understatement. We didn’t even notice how it flew by — everything turned into a whirlpool of events. But this doesn’t mean that we’ve lost our way: Steadily, one step at a time, we are moving toward our goal of being The Home of NFTs on TON. New heights are ahead.
