I wrote a Twitter thread about our immune system. Only few people know that gut health is crucial to live a healthy and balanced life. If it were really about our health, our governments and mainstream media would focus on informing us about our natural immune system instead of forcing us to take experimental vaccines and wearing useless and harmful face diapers.

My friend Camus37 got banned from Twitter for posting critical tweets. Unfortunately, many people act like the GESTAPO and denounce dissidents like us until we're totally cancelled (https://bit.ly/3xnnCm0). Guys like Gert van Dijk are the cancer of society. They claim to fight misinformation but don't recognise that they are actually fighting reality with fascist methods. We're currently observing a showdown with unequal weapons on social media platforms.
However, these characters are often absolutely coward and not sufficiently convincing in real life, whenever they cannot hide behind their computers. That means that the physical reality needs to be our battle zone. Our greatest weapon is the available data which provide the best arguments against this madness. Let's convince people with facts until zealots like Gert form a ridiculed minority within our society.

The medical data situation for vitamin D is clear. Vitamin D is an immuno-regulating hormone that heavily strengthens the immune system against pathogens. Millions of lives could be saved from viral infections if our governments ensured everybody had an adequate vitamin D blood serum level. Instead, the focus solely lies on a random common cold virus that is used to hold the world hostage.
The best thing you can do is to enlighten your family and friends about the importance of vitamin D. I got a vitamin D blood serum level of 65 ng/mL and haven’t had a cold or the flu for at least ten years.

Brazilian volleyball player Lucas Saatkam has decided to wear a mask at the Tokyo Olympics to protect his family back in Brazil.
Let alone that masks do not work and wearing them during high-performance activities can be considered idiotic and harmful, such a decision does not make sense at all as (1) all athletes live in a bubble; (2) he probably gets PCR tested once a day; and (3) his wife and children are younger than 40.
Nonetheless, he gives a perfect example of how mainstream media is brainwashing people. The Brazilian TV network Globo is broadcasting shameless COVID propaganda 24/7.

I think vaccinating children is even more unnecessary than vaccinating healthy adults because the data shows that children can easily handle this common cold virus. The pharma shills' narrative has always been that children should be vaccinated to prevent the spread of the virus. However, this can no longer be considered a valid argument since the viral load is almost identical in vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals (https://bit.ly/3CqZ52V).
So why is the childhood vaccination campaign actually still being maintained? I suspect that social conditioning plays an important role. This New Normal is supposed to become normality for future generations, which needs to be discouraged. In times of the info war, particularly meaningful memes are a powerful weapon against oppressive forces.
