Search on the device is now enabled by default (in Beta 1 you had to turn it on with commands), but it can only search apps and show results from Google.
Search functionality for shortcuts from apps, widgets, results from Chrome, Settings, etc. is currently disabled.
Setting for Device Search is also still missing.

Android 13 will introduce a predictive back gesture.
This feature will let users preview the destination or other result of a back gesture before they fully complete it, allowing them to decide whether to continue or stay in the current view.
For example, using a back gesture can display an animated preview of the Home screen behind your app (demonstrated in the video).
Starting with the Android 13 general availability release, you should be able to test this animation by enabling a developer option (Predictive back animations).
Supporting the predictive back gesture requires updating your app, using the OnBackPressedCallback AppCompat 1.6.0-alpha03 (AndroidX) or higher API, or using the new OnBackInvokedCallback platform API.

• New developer option: "Limit download speed" — adds the bandwidth throttling feature.
• New developer option: "Allow mock modem".
• New developer option: "Enable hardware offloading of Bluetooth LE AUDIO profile".
• The developer option "Enable Gabeldorsche" has been removed. (First introduced in Android 11)

At #GoogleIO, the company announced a unified Security & Privacy settings page. It will consolidate all privacy and security settings in one place, and also contains a color indicator of the user's security status and recommendations on how to improve security.
The Security settings page on Pixel devices already has a color-coded security status indicator and provides recommendations, but does not include privacy settings.
The new Security & Privacy settings page is contained within the PermissionController APK delivered through the PermissionController module.
You can activate this page (but you shouldn't!) with a command, but the actual page is not accessible in Beta 2 due to a missing privileged permission.
