Developer brings Wear OS to the old Samsung Gear S3 running Tizen
The watch came out way back in 2016, and its processor is an Exynos 7270. XDA Senior member parasetam0l was able to fix a lot of standard features like Heart Rate Monitor - Sensor, WiFi, Bluetooth, Vibrator, microphone, speaker, Bezel, WearOS functions (play services).
But there are also things that don't work: NFC, GPS, Step Counter, Poor Battery Life compared to Tizen, Audio (Low sound level, bad quality), Offline charging boots device and others. In addition, the build is not recommended for the Korean and LTE versions, as it can break devices.
Flashing process is the same as flashing combination or Tizen firmware and takes 15~45 minutes.
The developer's next goal is to fix bugs and Wear OS 3.0

YouTube Music for Wear OS rolls out ‘Recently Played’ tile
‘Recently Played’ Wear OS tile lets you quickly start listening to a previous album/song on your watch. It shows what you recently played with the album and artist name, as well as artwork in the background. Tapping will start playback, but “Browse” just opens the app.
If you're listening to something on YouTube Music at the moment, the tile will get rid of Browse, and tapping on it will open the app on the Now Playing page.

Redesigned Google TV app with Highlights news feed rolling out
As announced in March, Google TV is rolling out a redesign that adds a “Highlights” news feed and reorganizes other parts of the Android app.
“Highlights” will surface news, reviewers, and other articles from the web related to movies and shows you’re interested in. “Home” tab is now “For you”, and it occupies the second position in the bottom bar. The next tab is “Shop” and will become very important when the “Movies & TV” store disappears from Google Play starting this month. “Your Stuff" is a consolidated “Library” and “Watchlist” tabs.
Unfortunately, the app still doesn't have the Material You redesign that we saw in the March promo from Google.
