0. Настройки -> Безопасность -> Admin apps -> Отрубаем Find My Phone
1. Настройки -> Приложения -> Google Play Services
2. Данные -> Удаляем данные
3. Назад, три точки в углу -> Удалить обновления
4. Ребут (не обязательно но может помочь)
5. Сразу ставим 8.1 через APKMirror Installer (если не устанавливается, обновляем сервисы, и снова ставим 8.1)
6. Не забываем вернуть админку Find My Phone если надо
* PS сброс сервисов удаляет карты Google Pay
