As far as I can tell it says Russia is winning but nowhere do I see a 7:1 or 10:1 casuality ratio the pro Russians are claiming. The different reports have contradictory numbers but as far as I can see none are claiming favorable KDRs for Russia. I just skimmed it though please point to where it says otherwise.
