Just updated the bot, hopefully it will fix the issue of votes / joins not passing through sometimes.

By the way, I keep seeing this....
@werewolfbot is NOT a person. It is simply a bot that runs the game. Asking it how it is, trying to have a conversation with it, will not do anything, except show up in my error reports.

I cannot however see your username, so no, I can't respond to you. Sending messages to the bot to try to talk to the dev will not work either.

Database cleanup is underway, this time without causing lag to the system (but also, going to take ~4 hours on my end, because I'm pacing it so as not to interrupt games)

Please note, your group may lose some of the custom settings. If you notice any settings change, just use /config to put them back.

Database clean up is complete. Again, group admins - please check your group settings to make sure everything is still correct. Also check that everyone still has admin rights (that should).

I will be updating the bot soon to use the new Telegram bot API components, including knowing how group admins are - no more needing to manually add group admins after that!

If you still have @serastestbot in your group, please ask an admin (of your group) to remove it.

Just so everyone knows: hate speech, harassing, etc will not be tolerated. If I see screenshots of you telling people they should die, making sexist / homophobic comments to them, anything completely disgusting as such - I will not hesitate to ban you from @werewolfbot, globally. I do not like banning people, and rarely do it, but some people are about to find out, I will do it when needed.

(a global ban means you can't play werewolf, in ANY group)

Bot admins no longer are in the database. Thanks to the latest Telegram API update, @werewolfbot will use the group admins from Telegram. Anyone in the group who has been set as a group admin can now use /config /forcestart /smite

/addgroupadmin and /remgroupadmin are being removed as they are no longer needed

I am not happy to make this update, but I feel this needs to be said. Harrassing/stalking other members of telegram playing werewolf is not allowed, in any group. If anyone is feeling like they are being harrassed through facebook or other means, feel free to message me @ameliarat and I will help you.

Sebenarnya saya kurang suka untuk menulis pemberitahuan ini, tetapi saya rasa hal ini harus diucapkan. Melecehkan/menguntit anggota telegram lainnya yang bermain werewolf tidak diperbolehkan, dalam grup apapun. Jika ada seseorang merasa dilecehkan melalui Facebok atau media lain, silakan tinggalkan pesan pada saya @Ameliarat dan saya akan berusaha membantumu.

A piece of advice for anyone afraid of harrassment: do not use your real life name on telegram! keep it a nickname so people cannot find you in other places. ~@ameliarat
