Remove case sensetivity from /extra commands in @werewolfbutlerbot

Just a heads up to everyone:
We are currently testing (internally) the new update. Code has been done, just tweaking some more stuff. Once we are ready, we WILL be bringing the bot down for ~5 hours. With the update, we will also be upgrading the server, including SQL server (going to 2016), and this will take some time.

Hello all! Para here. So, as you may know, we've been working on a new update to Werewolf. This new update will have some really cool new stuffs... but what happened? Everything went silent a week or so ago!?
Besides work, my kids, life, in my spare time I also volunteer at a haunted house, doing audio tech work and security and such. I put in over 300 hours this year on it - and last month as we all know was October, when we are busy. That sucked up all my time.
It is now November, and I have returned! Development is moving along again, things are getting done, the update is coming!!! The next major step really is to schedule a day when we can get the server moved and upgraded. The process to bring the new update online will take ~5 hours of downtime, so we are trying to get it scheduled when there aren't many people playing, myself and other admins (that will be hands on) will be available, etc. Stay tuned for more information on when this will be happening, but I promise I'm trying to get it rolled out soon!

Werewolf will be shut down for a little while (I'm guessing 5 hours or so) as we upgrade the server, move the database, and install the new version. When we come back online.... big things are coming ;)

Apparently the SQL migration decided to leave out all of my non clustered indexes, which is what keeps SQL from eating the CPU. Putting them back now
Just pushed Node version 4.1 which should fix the crashing in Chaos mode games
