To prevent people with unusual names and other outliers from breaking the markdown on your message. Enforcer is now using HTML Markdown.

Enforcers anti spam system is now online.

If you send it more than 5 commands and/or press an inline button more than 5 times in a minute it will send you a warning.

If you hit 11 commands/button presses it will ban you from the bot for 10 minutes.

This is to ensure we stay below the API limit which is very strict.

All the issues above were fixed

The new command is /adminon and /adminoff.

An admin can use this to stop the bot from sending them @admin reports.

If your reply to another admin with the command it will turn if off for them.
I urge all admins who do not want to get the commands to turn it off and can other admins please turn it off for in active admins or creators.

As another measure to stay within Telegrams api a group will only be sent one welcome message in a 60 second period, no matter how many people join during that period.

The issues below have hopefully been fixed:
* media warn menu (on/off for each options) still not working
• media warn/flood menu: after adjusting it auto went back to main one, instead of its respective one
• clicking done in media warn/language/flood menu will quit the whole menu instead of going back to main

• when clicking arab or rtl characters to set it as kick or ban it doesn't work
* Kicking a player instead of ban(if it is set to ban) when player reach max warn

So um... our server just decided it had had enough, and really wanted to restart.... All bots (except coup) are dead for a moment.

EDIT: it's online. Upside, it cleared a lot of cache and other things, considering the server has been up since June or so. Server is running much better now.

Will enable and disable the antiflood, right to left, anti media and persian character dection systems for the person who sends it or the person they replying to.

NOTE: Admins will no longer be exempted from those systems as we are trying to cut back on api calls. So if you are an admin please send the groups you are admin in /disablewatch

Version 0.3 beta -1 of our modular bot has been released. This is still beta, but if you want to run your own bot, just download and run. Please be sure to read the readme.md - this is not a werewolf / coup / enforcer bot, it is completely standalone. Take a look at @serasvbot if you'd like a sample.

This bot is designed for other bot developers to be able to create their own bots in .NET. If this interests you, again, please read the readme.
