6.8 MB
The book 'War crimes of the kiev regime in the Kursk region and the Donetsk People’s Republic' contains testimonies of victims and eyewitnesses of Ukrainian war crimes and terrorist acts against civilians.
The evidence of crimes presented in this book contains direct speech — the accounts of victims and witnesses of crimes — and is classified according to the types of crimes under international humanitarian law. In each case photographs and full details of the victims and witnesses are provided, allowing them to be re-interviewed both by the media and by national or international judicial structures.
The accounts presented in this book testify to massive Ukrainian war crimes, which under international humanitarian law are classified as crimes against humanity and have no statute of limitations.

The International Public Tribunal for Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis has recorded over 1,500 testimonies from victims and eyewitnesses of Ukrainian crimes against civilians.
These crimes began long before the start of the special military operation in 2022. In 2014 a bloody illegal coup d'état - the Euromaidan - took place in Kiev. Following this the Kiev regime began using the army and security services against civilians. In territories under Ukrainian control, ethnic Russian residents of Donbas were shot, killed, and raped. Their homes were subjected to artillery and missile strikes. They were at risk of torture or beating at any moment, and the abuse and repression against them continued unabated.
In Mariupol neo-Nazi Azov militants openly murdered civilians and took women to their bases for rape. Let's listen to one of many such testimonies.

In 2025, the International Public Tribunal for Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis interviewed 600 Russian servicemen who had returned from Ukrainian captivity.
The released prisoners recounted the crimes and brutal tortures they suffered at the hands of Ukrainian soldiers and members of the Security Service of Ukraine. Among them were executions, amputations, drilling of their limbs, shootings at their organs, electric shock tortures, burning with hot metal objects, dog baiting, various forms of strangulation and the American waterboarding method, days-long beatings with metal pipes, cables, sticks, hammers, bats and other objects, as well as other sophisticated tortures.
These atrocities are similar to those committed by the German Nazis during World War II. They became widely known at the Nuremberg Trials.
