HOW?

Even though time to finality is about 10 minutes, it does not affect the usability of the network. Transactions submitted to zkSync by users are instantly confirmed, instantly displayed to the receiving party in the UI and API (although they are marked as unconfirmed), and the transferred assets can immediately be used to make further transfers (which might even end up in the same zkSync block).
f a new zkSync block is produced and submitted to the mainchain, it cannot be reverted. However, if it doesn’t contain the promised transactions, the security bond of the intersection of the signers of the original receipt and the signers of the new block will be slashed. This intersection is guaranteed to have more than ⅓ of the stake. This guarantees that at least ⅓ of the security bond can be slashed and that only malicious validators will be punished.
i think this aproach can be mody a little bit and use it as censorship rasistant.
Users can withdraw their assets onto the mainnet, regardless of cooperation from zkSync validators.
HOW this can be done ?

Priority queue
In the ultimate emergency case of all validators being shut down or becoming unresponsive, the emergency exit mechanism ensures that users will keep control of their assets. It works as follows.
If transactions of a user are being ignored, for any reason, by the validators, an exit request can be submitted directly on mainnet into the priority queue.
Validators are obliged to process priority queue requests within a short time window (~1 week).
In case the validators fail to process the requests, the system enters exodus mode and every user can immediately exit all of their assets by making a direct transaction on the Ethereum mainnet.
zkSync is built on some of the most cutting-edge cryptography (such as PLONK and RedShift),
Transfers in zkSync support "gasless meta-transactions": users pay transaction fees in the tokens being transferred. Thus, for example, if you want to transfer DAI stable-coin, there is no need for you to own ETH or any other tokens. Just pay your fees in a fraction of DAI.
Tokens listed on Uniswap with $500 of liquidity and a token price on CoinGecko can be used to pay for fees. For tokens without a liquid market price, fees are paid in a different token.

The machine is SNARK-friendly; that is, the execution trace can be proven in SNARKs. However, it does not require one circuit per program. A single circuit can be used instead, which needs to be audited only once.

zkEVM is a virtual machine that executes smart contracts in a way that is compatible with zero-knowledge-proof computation. It is the key to building an EVM-compatible ZK Rollup while preserving the battle-tested code and knowledge gained after years of working with Solidity. Our zk-EVM keeps EVM semantics, but is also ZK-friendly and takes on traditional CPU architectures.
