Within the context of a hypothetical insurrection within the USA, air superiority doesn’t guarantee victory for conventional forces, because the question for them is A. where would they drop their expensive bombs without massive civilian casualties? And B. most of their weapons/aircraft are designed to combat more conventional forces that would also have air superiority fighters and ground to air missiles — I imagine a lot of resources that the airforce has are geared toward a strategy of Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses, or SEAD for short, which would be pretty much useless against an insurrection.

It seems to me lot of Gen Zs think the West/USA has always been pro-LGBTQ forever because they just don't remember the 90s or even the 2000s that well.
