A White ADL would have been a great idea like 90 years ago. It’s too little too late now. Whites don’t even have the high ethnic cohesion (ethnocentrism) that Jews naturally have, which is the main thing that makes it all work for them.

“You can sperg about guns all you want, but in this paradigm, I’d trade all the gun rights groups for just one functional, powerful group that advocates for the interests and protection of European peoples. A White ADL if you will.”
Gun rights or a White ADL?
Why does it have to be one or the other? Who comes up with this nonsense? Well, we all know it’s a certain person that lets me live rent free in his midwit brain, and Red Ice will share his material right alongside their other favorite: Gonzalo Lira.
If you make this hypothetical trade, where you trade in your gun rights for a “White ADL” you’ll have neither in the end.

Welcome to your new paradigm.

When the dissident right criticizes the gun rights movement, they’re mainly criticizing the first image that comes to mind: mostly fat old boomer conservative types that might talk tough but otherwise seem to be pretty useless. So when someone like myself speaks of the necessity of being armed and having gun rights, it smacks of that bad impression that was left in their brain from many years of propaganda. Rather than seeing where the world is headed and how organized violence is the true currency of the world, they just see the fat boomer sitting on his ass talking about “muh guns.” It’s nothing more than a bad impression that’s steering them away from having critically useful survival tools and getting training with those tools.
What’s so ironic about this is that the dissident right suffers from this very same image problem: talk to a White normie about race and half of them will immediately envision a fat boomer Trump-loving hillbilly “racist” that just judges people by the color of their skin; and it is that mental image that they associate with any discussion of race differences.
Moral of the story: do not let bad first impressions cloud your judgement, because that’s normie thought processing.

Another likely reason why some within the dissident right are so vocal in their criticism of the gun rights movement simply has to do with money: gun rights groups are seen as rivals for the attention and funding from the rightwing population as a whole, it's seen as a zero-sum game. For some people ( not all! ) trying to make a living from the dissident right as content creators, the actual survival considerations of Whites come second to advancing ideas and projects that could directly and indirectly lead to more funding for content creators like themselves. This is why many vocal figures within the online dissident right love the idea of a "White ADL," because the funding and political power that could hypothetically come from such an organization would at least trickle down to rightwing/nationalist content creators. Just to be clear, I support having a "White ADL" and our content creators making money, but the problem is that they see other interrelated issues and tangential/implicitly-White movements that tie into White survival as financial competition in a way that is mutually exclusive.

This ties into what I see as a major flaw with the majority of the dissident right: their entire understanding of what it will actually take to save the White race is one dimensional. The bulk of of the dissident right is invested in trying to inform everyone about race: it’s existence, why it matters, how/why Whites are becoming a minority, why Whites should secure their existence and etc… But all of this effort to inform people and trying to win “metapolitical battles” hinges on the majority of Whites becoming receptive to our message and becoming explicitly race-aware; which is not likely to happen, certainly not within the timeframe that we would need for a peaceful revolution. I don’t think the majority of Whites are even psychologically capable of explicit racial awareness or ethnocentrism to the degree we are, but they certainly can be implicitly ethnocentric, which is what we should be thinking more about. This is why I talk about gun rights, because I’m advocating for something that creates a pro-White environment/living-condition.
What makes the dissident right’s strategy one dimensional is that it doesn’t look at White advocacy or survival in an environmental context; in other words, instead of thinking about the conditions under which Whites survive and thrive, the dissident right is exclusively focused on trying to hammer red pills into everyone’s skull, getting everyone on point on all the issues, as if mass awareness alone is the one and only solution, and nothing else.

It has to be both. Simultaneously we need to drive the underlying narrative in our favor, while at the same time advancing our interests in more tangible ways.
There is zero reason these two things need to be mutually exclusive; in fact, one without the other is worthless.
Revolutions are spiritual acts; it isn't purely physical, and it is not purely intellectual. We can create allies of people who do not fully understand the position and never need to. We can advance our cause by gaining ground in the rhetorical space, as well. Both of these need to happen together, both need to feed into eachother, then the momentum will carry us to victory.

Something I’ve been wanting to say but I think it will burn a lot of bridges within the Dissident Right (if they weren’t burnt already):
Imagine our descendants hundreds of years from now looking back at our situation: Our women being groomed and raped by blacks and browns, our people being exceptionally brutalized by black criminals and by an anti-White justice system, and our political sovereignty and rights being stripped away by Jews and traitors. They look back at us, their ancestors, and the only thing they see us doing in response is this thing called the “Dissident Right” where the majority of time is spent on trying to win “meta-political” battles, writing Substack articles, movie reviews and Whites criticizing other varieties of Whites. This movement is preoccupied with debates over philosophy and culture while our people are being raped, and that’s what our descendants are going to find when they look back on the Dissident Right we have now.
We should at least be teaching our men how to be absolute killers, not just figuratively, but literally, because the world isn’t going become a friendlier place for us. We aren’t voting our way back some idealic Disney-esque version of the West that our parents got to enjoy. That’s just not happening.

I’m not trying to say “film reviews are bad!” or “we are wasting our time discussing culture.”
What I’m saying is that we need to be teaching our men (and women) how to make money, how to fight, how to be tough and successful. That should be at least 40% of Dissident Right content, otherwise we might as well have Dissident Right unboxing videos and reaction videos on JewTube.
Hell, I want to see Dissident Right video game reviews. But we need more practical information for our people, and opinion pieces related to practical things.

Unironically agree with hapa here. I think people too often sit around talking about why things suck rather than coming up with a coherent plan on how to better themselves and their situation.
If you're a noob and don't know any better, it's a bit of a process to work out what is "good" for you and what isn't. My general advice would be to find a mentor, someone who is already successful and you can either learn from them or at least read/watch what they did to make themselves successful. The next best thing would be to find an online community where you can at least exchange ideas.
Some basics to get in order though:
1. Get your health right. So basics such as diet, exercise and sleep. Get all this to a healthy level. If you don't know what that means. Ask someone who does.
2. Get a job. Unless you're born into wealth, pretty much all of us will have to get a job or be an entrepreneur of some sorts to make our money. You can't do anything without money. Period. If you don't really know what to do with yourself, just get any job to start, but try find a job which will help you develop new skills to make you more employable elsewhere.
3. Cut out negative influences out of your life. This is something I wish I learned a long time ago, so if there is one thing I could tell my younger self, it's this. Cut out toxic people and toxic activities out of your life. You will thank yourself for it later.
