When I asked some guys I know who are closer to me the most they knew was some fuzzy idea about economic problems and reparations post WWI. Whenever I see these videos from that war I look for the old Rhodesian fellow I know who fought in it. He did two tours of duty as a sniper before deciding he was tired of killing and wanted to use his chemistry degree knowledge and switching over to become a medic to save his fellow Rhodesian soldiers’ lives.
He was more based and red pilled about many things than most Westerners are, as he saw not just the horrors of war, but how blacks would run things (he knew it wasn’t just an ideological issue regarding Communism taking over). He was fond of many blacks, plenty worked on his farm and ran to get protection from him when Mugabe’s men were in the area, but he’d never consider them as people you’d rely on to build and sustain an advanced civilization. He also affirmed my view that once the Boomers truly die off in large numbers that we’re going to really see how bad things are and it will include far more violence and instability than we’ve known during what have been the halcyon days of late modernity.
