Regarding homosexuality, I grew up thinking “who cares what consenting adults do in the privacy of their own home.” That’s what I believed until more recent events help me connect the dots from previous interactions with homosexual/bisexual men.

I’ve learned rather late in my life that it’s not that simple.

One thing I’ve come to realize is that homosexuals trivialize sexuality, they think casual sex is good and normal — rather than something serious and sacred between a man and a woman in a real relationship — and this alone makes them an extremely negative influence on society at large. Another thing I’ve noticed about homosexual men is that, as acquaintances, they are not men… they can’t honor or respect certain underlying social contracts or understand the same things that men understand about other men. They aren’t men of their word, and they fundamentally don’t understand what it means to be a man.
