Everything from having a chiseled physique to drinking raw milk, is all way overblown to distract you from acquiring real skills that would actually be useful in a time of conflict. I’m not trying to say that drinking raw milk or having a chiseled physique are bad, I think these are good things when done safely and for the right reasons. But you’re not going to turn into a Scythian warrior that saves the white race just because you drink raw milk and your biceps got bigger.
