Today I walked into a fast casual restaurant for lunch, but then I saw Indians making the food and I immediately walked out.

The whole concept of "crunchy" is White people who want to be racist but instead chose to berate everyone around them or living their lives, because deep down they know they do not have the courage to face the real demons that walk their cities so they make up fake demons that they can actually face-off. 👆 Gramscian is onto something here. I think many left and right leaning normie-Whites look for safer issues to take up — things they can take a moral stand on without actually being “racist” — and moral communities to join, partially because they want safe substitutes for the real issue: race.

There’s a fair bit of evidence for this, what people in psychology call sublimation: the inevitable feelings of frustration, indignation and hatred that arise from having to share a society with non-Whites — “racism” — are repressed (bottled up) and then channeled into other, more socially acceptable things, like fighting for “climate justice” or becoming a normie-conservative trad catholic.

I’m not saying this explains every single case of the White normie radical. But what’s clear is that “racism” is still enough of a taboo that, although many Whites feel the problems of diversity, they would rather try to delude themselves that some other issue is to blame for their feelings than race, and thus they become these race blind radicals on the right or the left.
