Here’s some good news: Ian Cranston — the White guy who shot a feral dindu in self defense in Oregon in 2021 — is getting a second trial, and I think more than likely he’ll get off the hook of any serious criminal charges.

Rule of law is not completely dead, and it’s important to point that out here.

When this incident happened and Ian was charged and then convicted, the Dissident Right on Telegram engaged in polemics against the system — and against the very concept of rule of law. They went into tirades about how self-defense against negroes is wholly illegal in Weimerica, and therefore gun rights and self defense laws are just bullshit writing on paper. But they were obviously being emotional rather than thoughtful. Thanks to good laws, Ian’s conviction will more than likely be overturned. The case against him may even be dropped!
