What baffles me is how the judges in both the Rittenhouse trial and the Charlottesville trial are not "on message". In fact, they're so "off message" that I think they're going to direct the juries to acquit.

Compare this to the Chauvin trial, where numerous things were clearly done (at multiple levels of the legal system) in order to make his imprisonment absolutely certain. Yet in these trials now, even the choice of judge has apparently been left to chance?! I could just about buy the system making a huge mistake like this with one highly significant trial... but two...?!

My only explanation is that the system positively wants these guys to be acquitted, because that can then be the rationale to up the CRT, the race rhetoric, the BLM rioting, etc.
