Remember when Gonzalo Lira (aka Coach Red Pill) and Keet Woods criticized the Zelenskyy regime, at the beginning of the war, for as they put it, “handing out assault weapons like candy to untrained civilians, to facilitate atrocity porn.” It’s been roughly a month since they made that claim, and where is this “atrocity porn”? I’ve seen some footage of Russian soldiers shooting at Ukrainian civilians, but these civilian victims were clearly and visibly unarmed non-combatants — e.g. visibly unarmed civilians protesting and an old couple driving a car. If there is any footage of dead/injured civilians, the pro-Russian side has been brushing it off as fake pro-Ukrainian propaganda, with evidence — e.g. bogus pictures of body bags filled with people pretending to be dead. Both sides must be showing remarkable restraint when it comes to limiting civilian casualties, if both sides are resorting to faking casualties for propaganda. Who the hell really knows what’s going on in Ukrainian, but one thing seems certain to me: the majority of Ukrainian civilians that received firearms from their government are using them for their intended purpose, and that Gonzalo dramatically embellished the truth (virtually lying) when he claimed that most of the guns ended up in the hands of criminals that used them for criminal purposes.
The pro-Russian side might counter my point by trying to say that Zelenskyy just failed in his attempt to maximize civilian casualties by handing out weapons, because the Russians are just so amazing at discriminating civilians vs armed combatants, but then what was even their point about atrocity porn and “rifles being handed out like candy” in the first place? Most of the legitimate civilian casualties ( “atrocity porn” ) were from Russian artillery strikes on civilian apartment complexes.
If Keet and Gonzalo’s original claim is that was a tragedy that Zelenskyy turned civilians into combatants that could get killed, that might at least make sense, but it wouldn’t result in atrocity porn for the Western MSM to go and claim Russians are killing civilians, it would just be another headline reading “brave Ukrainian hero martyred for his homeland” — so, not atrocity porn.

You’ve got a great point Nix, but there are some serious Jerry-Springer-esque Nazi types out there that really hinder our movement, and we don’t know what else to call them.

This will probably surprise many people, but I agree with BAP that using enemy terminology is dangerous unless we can mount the linguistic equivalent of a 50% attack on the word or series of words.

“For the “post-Pacifist” German mainstream, the most bitter paradox of all is that the Russians might not have attacked Ukraine had they foreseen Germany’s response: that the Bundestag would cancel the new Russian gas pipeline, invest in regasification terminals, send weapons to Ukraine, reaffirm its fealty to Nato, and move to drastically upgrade its armed forces with a €100 billion injection.
The Russians could not possibly have known these things. …”
They could have, if they had listened to Kevin MacDonald. In Individualism and the Western Liberal tradition, he describes the Western habit of altruistic punishment, which are acts of punishing people for moral offenses which hurt the punisher more (sometimes far more) than the punished.
German/European behavior towards Russia has been exactly that.

Luttwak: Has Putin made NATO stronger?
In Unherd, the extremely opinionated Edward Luttwak offers some opinions: All this has now slipped into oblivion in today’s Europe, where Nato’s centrality and its US leadership are largely uncontested. The Russians assessed Nato as weak because it was weak…

Apollonian Germ joins us to discuss what the motivations of Putin and Russia really is. Are they operating independently against the “Liberal World Order” or are they simply one head of the double headed eagle of control that is is driving our civilization towards the end? Is Putin working on his own behalf or is he influenced by other interests? In the second part we discuss the influence of UNESCO in the Russian educational system and how the World Economic Forum – at least up until very recently – had major influence in the country. Later we hear about how powerful Chabad is in Russia and about Putin's personal relationship to Judaism.

This is why you need to be pro-Second Amendment, among other reasons. I think the left is innately better at acquiring, consolidating and utilizing state power. Without the leverage of a large state to facilitate their tyranny, they have no power over us.

A huge problem on the dissident right (and with modern Whites in general) is that people only think in terms of months or years, while our enemies think in terms of decades or even centuries. This is why they win and we lose.

Indeed, but that kind of revolution will never come from the top nor with the assistance from any part of the government, partially because they’ll never allow a rightwing march through the institutions, among many other reasons.
