🇬🇧 Here’s a great documentary about Philip A Luty: the man in my profile picture. He was a true English hero that died for his principles. All he did was create a manual as an act of protest against gun control and to make a point, but of course the British government didn’t like that; they somehow saw him — a native Brit with no criminal record — as a threat. They arrested his whole family and sent him to prison twice, where he eventually died.

For those of you foolish enough to think that having rights doesn’t matter, or that government itself is somehow inherently “based,” you need to think about people like PA Luty. And If you’re still left wondering how all of this relates to all our other problems, then I can’t help you because you can’t see very far ahead, so just move to totalitarian China already.

The whole Call of Duty franchise is to video games what the Marvel Cinematic Universe is to film: It’s just flashy junk with big corporate publishers behind it.
