This is a huge legislative victory for our people. I’ve been calling my Senators several days in a row now, urging them to not vote for the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act — the big gay gun control bill in the Senate. Even though all of my Senators are shitlib Democrats, I decided to play the Hapa card in our favor: I reminded their staffers that gun control doesn’t make Asian American communities safer, I told them “most Chinese people aren’t more than a 110 pounds soaking wet, and more gun control would leave Asian Americans disarmed and lead to more Asian Hate.” It worked: the staffers were suddenly much more eager to pass on my message to the Senators.

This is why some conservatives will say “gun control is racist!” It’s usually just a ploy that sometimes kinda works rather than some genuine expression of support for more racial equality.

EDIT: Call your Senators and use the plight of Asian Americans to urge them to vote against more gun control bills. Use their situation to protect your right to keep and bear arms.
