This is ultimately a bad take that I only somewhat agree with. Sports are not manifestations of culture in the way that film, music and video games are. Playing sports is very important for physical conditioning and some aspects of irl camaraderie, but it isn’t a medium for deep, artistic and intellectual insight and critique.

If you don’t factor self defense into your prepping activities, including self defense from a tyrannical government, you’re doing it wrong.

Another thought I had today: among the politically left-of-center normies, there’s the assumption that things like “assault rifles”, “high capacity magazines” and body armor should only be available to “well trained professionals.” It’s something you hear all the time from Bloomberg’s astroturfed groups like Mom’s Demand Action and the anti-civilian veterans-are-better-than-you types like (((Evan Hafer))). But in reality the exact opposite is true: well trained people can get away with less. It’s the people that are less experienced that would need to wear more body armor and have higher capacity magazines for self defense.

It defies logic to think that a novice should be at an extra disadvantage, having their self defense set to hard mode.

Race can never be superseded because it is the ultimate biological foundation of everything else.

Clearly, it is absolutely outrageous for citizens to be intimidated by officialdom like this. The obvious response to such harassment is for the community to band together and make life uncomfortable for the local sheriff until he puts a stop to it. However, as Robert Putnam and Amazon discovered, a diverse community is much less likely to collectivise against a threat. Diverse societies are much less able to resist a tyrannical state.
