As per twin studies, the heritability of adult IQ is 0.8 (or 80%).
Most behavioral traits are 25-75% heritable (represented by the blue bars on the right of this graph).
The small pie charts show which traits are correlated with each other. Blue = positive correlation, red = negative correlation.
Adulthood IQ, for example, is positively correlated with childhood IQ (~0.8) and autism (~0.25).

Where I currently live, there’s a lot of Pit bull owners — dangerous people with dangerous animals, they have a lot in common with their favorite dog breed, the Pit bull. That’s why I carry a Glock wherever I go around here. I’d still carry a handgun if I lived in a safer neighborhood too, because I’m just that type of guy, I just really love guns… but in my immediate area it’s an absolute necessity. And I really don’t care about the legal consequences of shooting a dog more than I care about keeping my flesh on my body.
Pit bulls shouldn’t be legal for anyone to own, they shouldn’t even exist. They’re an extremely wild, dangerous and unpredictable breed that would happily rip your face off in a split second for no reason whatsoever. Any Pit bull owner that tells you their dog is “one of the good ones” is just delusional.
