So it’s looking like that dindu Ralph Yarl actually entered the house before he was shot, so it isn’t even a stand your ground issue, it was home defense, and the state in which Ralph was shot (Missouri) has the castle doctrine. This means the old White man that shot that Dindu in self defense with a revolver will probably walk away from any criminal charges.
