Today is a day off for the internet
AWS (Amazon Web Services) experienced a widespread outage, causing malfunctions in numerous services: Zoom, Steam, Docker, and others. This issue also affected the crypto world—Coinbase and many other exchanges experienced disruptions.
Such situations once again prove how dependent we are on monopolistic companies and what happens when something goes wrong with them. Recall the situation with Microsoft about a year ago, when one employee caused many banking systems and more to go down.
Now everything seems to be fixed, at least I’m not observing any more outages in the applications I use.

Cryptocards - Not a Myth, but a Reality
A couple of months ago, I found myself in need of getting a cryptocard, and I was faced with the question, "Which cryptocard can I get?" The main criteria I focused on were: no KYC/the possibility to buy it, low deposit fees, the ability to pay for anything/anywhere, and cash withdrawals (just in case). Right away, I’ll say that I didn’t consider exchange cards and looked for other alternatives. I ended up compiling my top 3 cards, two of which I personally use (I haven’t gotten to the third one yet, but based on the denoscription, it’s great), and decided to share this with you, as I consider it useful info.
🟢Solayer Emerald Card - the first card I started using. It became the first because it was given for free to participants of the Solayer sale (which I am a part of). It’s a convenient card with a 1% deposit fee, supports Apple/Google Pay, and they even have their own Telegram bot that sends notifications about withdrawals/deposits, etc. The only downside is that you can’t withdraw cash. Mandatory KYC, which can easily be arranged through Uzbek brothers—I bought it here: ProKyc. They also have a referral system where the percentage of fees decreases based on the number of referrals. AND they have their own travel program where you can book accommodations cheaper than on Booking.
Summary:
- 1% fees.
- Apple/Google Pay support.
- Mandatory KYC.
- No cash withdrawals.
Price:
- Free for sale participants.
- For regular folks, $75/lifetime of the card (issued for 4 years), or $39/year.
🟢SolCard - a great alternative to Solayer, with two card options: without KYC and with KYC. Personally, I immediately opted for the one with KYC. With this card, you can not only deposit your stables but also withdraw them without any issues. They also have a referral system where you can get some perks.
First option: no need to go through KYC, but the deposit fee is 5%, with a limit of up to $10k/month, and it will only be a virtual card (without Apple/Google Pay). Good for paying for services/subnoscriptions, especially relevant for those in Russia who want to pay for foreign subnoscriptions.
Second option: KYC is required (can also be bought here - ProKyc), 0% deposit fee, limit up to $100k/month, Apple/Google Pay support, and priority customer service (no queues).
Summary:
- 0-5% fees.
- Apple/Google Pay support.
- Option to open a card without KYC.
- No cash withdrawals (haven’t checked, and no info available).
Price:
- $10 when opening the card (applies to both options).
🟢Tria - offers 3 card options, with interesting conditions, including cashback and cash withdrawals. I won’t go into detail about them since I haven’t used them yet, but if you’re interested—welcome to their website.
If you have experience using other cards, please share it with everyone; it might be useful to someone!

3 hours until the Monad claim 💜
I wrote about the claim news here and suggested to join the claim queue here. Not sure what to expect, as the wallets that got the airdrop haven't even interacted with Monad itself 😄, and there's no news about the listing, which makes it even more amusing. No expectations, just don't miss the claim.
Reminder, claim here - https://claim.monad.xyz/

Monad TGE 24.11
We were recently opening their boxes and looting tokens. If you hedged the drop like I did, then yesterday your shorts might've gotten rekt—or actually did—mine are still holding up okay for now.
A couple of minutes ago, they announced the exact date for the mainnet launch and TGE: November 26.
I hope there won't be any swings like yesterday during this time.

Coders here? 👨💻
I wanted to write a useful post and decided to tell you about the AI aggregator I use in my dev work and beyond.
Openrouter is a handy aggregator with tons of models and the option to top up your balance with crypto. They also have free models you can try out before depositing any money. Plus, there's clear documentation, which is a big plus. Specifically, we use it in IDEs for translating posts and for all sorts of other automations.
In short, it's super convenient—give it a go! 🤝

Lots of folks here neck-deep in alts? 🤕 They just shook the market hard with 2 billion in liquidations...

I think it's worth sharing with you the info that OpenRouter is currently a freebie — https://openrouter.ai/x-ai/grok-4.1-fast — new model from xAI, free until December 3rd.
We've already played around with this model a bit (put it through its paces), and there's no real wow factor compared to Grok 4, but thanks for the perk.
By the way, there are already tons of memes about how it glorifies Elon in every way possible 😂

MON - PON
For those who haven't heard, the mainnet launch is scheduled for today (17:00 MSK) and trading for the MON token starts at (18:00 MSK).
Trading will be on: ByBit, Bitget, KuCoin, MEXC, Gate, Coinbase. Also on Upbit and Bithumb, but that didn't really help the price 🤕
If you got the airdrop, the tokens should hit your wallet right after the mainnet launch. If you participated in the ICO on Coinbase, tokens are already starting to arrive on your exchange balance.
Anyway, waiting for trading and let's stake this trash.

Dinosaurs, let's crawl out 🦖
Anyone here who farmed on BASE? And those who threw liquidity into SuperForm?? If so, hurry up and check/register for the drop from Brian the poker dickhead.
https://claim.superformfoundation.org/
All my accounts passed, but no details yet: how many tokens and so on. They'll also have a sale for Legion on December 4, probably around then there'll be some specifics—I'll keep an eye on it.
