A place where active human nodes can step in and propose an idea that pushes Humanode forward. A dApps, research, UI/UX fixes, community pushes, tools, and content. Anything that actually helps the network.

Every two weeks:

* Proposals get reviewed and voted on
* funds will be allocated to the projects
* If no proposal passes, the pool rolls into the next round
