— The CDC reports seasonal effectiveness ranging from 10% to 60%.
— Cochrane Reviews found limited benefit for pregnant women and healthy adults.
— No flu vaccine has ever been tested in a randomised controlled trial during pregnancy — the gold standard of medical evidence.
This isn’t about fear — it’s about facts.
When something is recommended for every woman, it’s okay to pause and ask: Is it really necessary for me?
