Telegram to raise $1.5B via 5Y bonds at 9% yield with backing from Citadel, BlackRock, Mubadala.

It plans to use the proceeds to buy back remaining debt from bonds it issued in 2021, which are due to mature next March. The company previously bought back roughly $400 million of those bonds with cash.
