Circle introduced Circle Mint under MPI license in Singapore today with zero fees to mint or redeem USDC. Fiat funds from a user’s bank account can be converted instantly and automatically to USDC. Circle Singapore got a Major Payments Institution (MPI) license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in June 2023. — link
