I don’t understand why people always act so shocked when they hear that a celebrity has been accused of being a pedophile or committing sexual assault. The fans reaction is always to jump up and defend the guy and be like: “No, I know that guy; that can’t be true. I know his work; he wouldn’t do that. I know her songs; she wouldn’t say that"
But honey you don’t

You don’t know them behind closed doors. You don’t know them off camera. No human being can truly say they know someone fully based only on what they observe from the outside. You don’t know what’s going on inside their head. You can't even say that about your friends and family. they might end up being the complete opposite of what you had known them to be.
