I love it when queer characters in books or tv shows are constantly in denial of their preferences and sexuality when it's the most obvious thing ever

I mean I may have been in a very intense situationship with my friend and companion who happens to be the same gender as me and I may have developed a series of complex feelings towards them to a point where everytime I look at them my body fills with joy and my heart start racing like crazy with the mare mention of their name but I know that It's so wrong of me to have these emotions so I keep bottling them up so no one would know but deep down I know my only chance of true happiness is with them
