✅ انجمن علمی علوم آزمایشگاهی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گناباد در راستای همکاری با اولین کنگره بین المللی ژنومیکس سرطان، جهت آمادگی و آشنایی دانشجویان با فرآینده ارسال ابسترکت و نحوه نگارش آن برای کنگره ها با تمرکز بر کنگره بین المللی ژنومیکس سرطان، در روز دوشنبه ۸ اسفند ۱۴۰۱ اقدام به برگزاری کارگاه ابسترکت نویسی کرد.
این کارگاه به مدت دوساعت با تدریس آقای محمد مهدی بهزادی فر، پژوهشگر و با سابقه داوری در کنگره، در محل سالن دکتر روحانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گناباد با حضور دانشجویان از رشته های مختلف برگزار شد.

Yasser Riazalhosseini undertook his doctoral and post-doctoral training at the German Cancer Research Centre (DKFZ) in Heidelberg, Germany. At DKFZ, he developed systems biology approaches that combine genomics datasets from hundreds of cancers coupled with detailed clinical data, and high-throughput functional studies. In 2012, Dr. Riazalhosseini joined the Department of Human Genetics at McGill, and was appointed Group Head of the Cancer Genomics program at the McGill Genome Centre. His group pioneered genomic characterization of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) through integrative analysis of genome and trannoscriptome sequencing data in the context of the International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC).

Doctor Sina Salari completed his specialty training in Internal Medicine at Tehran University and completed his 3 years fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at Shahid Beheshti Medical University. Between 2013 to 2019 he was the Director of the deputy of treatment of the Oncology-Hematology and BMT department, and Head of the internal department and responsible authorized physician of Ayatollah Taleghani Hospital. Dr.Salari has a particular interest in cell therapy and treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies. Cancer research and treatments have made significant progress in the recent years. The advancements of genomic analyses have made it possible to develop new targeted therapies. The progresses in gene and epigenetics editing and the novel developments in immunotherapy approaches are providing new important tools for the treatment of several malignancies. However, the mission to cure cancers is far to be accomplished. The continue development of basic research to investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms is essential for the understanding of the complex network of regulations and instrumental for the dentification potential targets. The ongoing research is instrumental to understand the basis of the establishment and progression of cancer and certainly will lead the development of new cancer treatments.
