What is it that actually creates an environment where people are actually moved into a process of awakening and enacting change in their lives? ⁣

For me, it was reaching a threshold of such intense pain with no other way out of it but to turn and start looking at it instead. I had attempted suicide multiple times and truly had no other options but to turn and start looking at what I didn’t want to. ⁣
⁣
I had to completely dismantle myself and the way I had viewed my reality up until that point in my life. Having been told I was mentally ill for so many years and truly believing and living in that, it took time to recode my thoughts and beliefs about myself. I had to painfully disengage from abusive relationships I’d been a part of and start looking at my place and responsibility inside of them as well. ⁣

I had to unravel it all. ⁣
⁣
When we are conditioned from birth to see the world and ourselves a certain way, it’s a drop to your knees kind of pain when you begin to realize that that reality you’ve been in and the way you’ve oriented your entire existence may not be the way reality really is, it’s the way you’ve perceived it, and much of the way you’ve perceived it has been conditioned into you by very powerful systems who use your naïveté to further embed you into their system. ⁣

⁣
To step out of this usually requires a breaking down of something, a pain or a collapse. ⁣
⁣
It feels like a death fall, but it’s actually a rebirth. ⁣
⁣
Many around us are in this holding tank right now, they are revisiting constructs, dogmas and beliefs they’ve held for a very long time, and they are breaking down. ⁣
⁣
This is how rebirth ultimately happens. ⁣
⁣
Pray for them. ⁣

Fighting back doesn’t mean using a gun or a flame thrower...although the latter would be dope. Its turning off the news..forever. It’s being connected. Seeking information they are deleting and hiding. Sharing information as if you were a news anchor because guess what...you are! Even if you lose family and friends. Being the healthiest, strongest, least fragile, most resilient version of yourself. Shopping small business only. Keeping your business open. Taking kids out of schools. Unmasking your life. Taking personal responsibility for your health, your response to their bad idea, and being 100% accountable for your circumstances and your reactions to them. That is fighting back. Then see where you take it from there.
