Black people were given one of the greatest cities in the American Midwest all to themselves. Instead of working hard, expanding the city, and creating something which could showcase their "amazing culture" they created one of the most distraught and dangerous wastelands in the country. They were given everything they needed to succeed and just completely failed. Remember this when people bring up "socio-economic factors" as to why black people are destroyers of culture. That city is Detroit
