CITYWIDE CURFEW: Philadelphia is under a 9 p.m. curfew as the city braces for a third night of unrest following the fatal police shooting of a Black man.

Protesters clashed with police on Tuesday as stores in some areas were looted. At least 53 officers have been injured.
