While everyone in Russia is celebrating Maslenitsa, we've decided to conduct a survey and find out what our fellowships taste like. Warning, they’re full of calories — lots of new knowledge and professional connections!

Maslenitsa is a traditional Slavic holiday that marks the end of winter and the arrival of spring. It’s a week of crepes, which symbolize the sun, feasting, and fun activities before the serious business of Lent starts. It's the only holiday where overeating and burning a straw effigy symbolizing winter are totally acceptable.
