🔗 The first big announcement of WWDC 2024 is visionOS 2.0
Photos will now be transformed from 2D to 3D with the help of AI to make them more enjoyable to look at in a helmet.
Apple also added here new gesture controls, monitor extension for ultra-wide and ultra-ultra-wide, lots of all sorts of changes inside the device.

📖 The second big announcement of the presentation is iOS 18
・Time to create! Now you can change icons and choose colours for them.
・‘Control Centre’ will be customisable with new widgets and toggle switches.
・Lock access to apps with Face ID or password.
・New reactions in iMessage.
・‘Mail’ will automatically separate all messages into different categories.
・Money exchange when you bring your iPhone to the iPhone.
・Big redesign for ‘Photos’ with more accurate recognition and automatic organisation function.

🔗 The third major announcement is Apple Intellegence and the announcement of a partnership with OpenAI
Apple Intelligence will only be available in the US and only in English.

📞 The Keynote: what else

In addition to VisionOS, Apple Intelligence and the grand iOS18, which beta is being tested right now (and incidentally some bugs alredy found, for example on the iPhone 14 Pro and 15 Pro if Always-On Display the device can endlessly go into reboot) there is more OS and features that upgraded.

📖 iPadOS 18 with the long-awaited calculator and more
Menu customisation in all native apps, icons customisation as in the new iOS, and the boosted calculator will even support handwritten maths problems - even in the Notes app. Handwriting recognition will learn to correct errors and erase text by strikethrough.

💻 New macOS Sequoia
・iPhone Mirroring – so now, you can literally see your iPhone screen on macBook. You'll also be able to receive app notifications directly on your mac, not just SMS like before.
・The Passwords app will store all your passwords and authorization codes in one place across all your devices.
・Safari is faster and more efficient, and has learned to highlight important information and make short summaries. In addition improved video handling and video playback.
・There will be more games, even more advanced and powerful thanks to Game Porting Tool Kit 2.

🔗 Updates to sound, Home devices and Apple Watch
💸 AirPods Pro will get intelligent voice isolation, maximizing the cancellation of any external noise for conversations, and personal spatial audio will now be available for gaming.
🎞 tvOS will learn to recognize actors in the frame and improve the sound of dialogue in video. There will also be support for 21:9 projectors. The smart home has been tweaked in some ways.
🛍 watchOS11 and new Vitals app for all important stats in one place, workout severity score, new workout modes and more, as well as more customisation and selection of the most suitable photos for Watch faces.
