🖼 Gallery V1.0: September
- Final regression tests in progress in preparation for the launch of Gallery.
- Due to the ongoing Opensea issue regarding affiliate fees, the Jigstack team have decided to waive the 1% Gallery fee for the artists until this issue is resolved.
- However, keeping in line with our business model, we will deposit the equivalent fee amount back into Stakbank for redistribution to our STAK holders (who have staked).

🎅Wallet/Santa V1.0: September
- Development has slowed slightly on W&S as resources have been busy addressing the remaining Lemonade defects which are taking longer than expected.
- The expectation is that once Lemonade issues are addressed then all development resources will be focused on W&S and that this should not impact the schedule too much.
.- Team will call out any impact to the W&S schedule next week once the dust has settled on Lemonade.

Q4
🍋 Lemonade V2.1 to V4.0 (Includes Hedera, Bonding Curvers, Tiers).
- Lemonade is now connected to stakbank.com for tiers during campaigns.
- Team have been busy addressing the last few challenging defects but are expected to close them out and sign-off towards the end of next week in anticipation of any potential IDOs in the near future.
- Discussions about Lemonade V2.1 to V4.0 planning and requirements are in progress.

The anticipation and excitement is building for the upcoming Gallery launch. The team are hard at work finalizing the last few tweaks to the platform and are looking forward to a successful launch (Opensea issue).

Although the Opensea fee issue is still outstanding, the team is happy to waive the 1% artist fee and also ensure that our STAK stakers (stakbank.com) get the promised fee distribution as part of our overall business model.

The team is also busy ironing out some challenging defects on the Lemonade platform (next IDO coming soon - @Lemonade_defi)

The downstream impact of the Lemonade defects means that the W&S schedule will likely be impacted but the team will reassess once the Lemonade defects have been put to bed.

Finally, the team is gearing up for a series of intensive requirements gathering and estimation exercises over the coming month in order to lock-in our expected Q4 deliverables of Milkshake, Ethlink and the next major releases of Lemonade and Stakbank.

- During final testing this week the team realized that one of the critical workflows needed to be updated slightly to ensure an optimal experience for all users.
- The expectation is that this will be closed out today (Friday) and the deployment of the Gallery platform to production can begin.
- Selected artists have been contacted and are on standby to upload their art and update their profile.

- Development on W&S has been impacted by delays on the Lemonade project which will mean that W&S launch will likely take place in October.
- The expectation is that once Lemonade issues are addressed (next week) then all development resources will be focused on W&S.
- Team will also need to revise the overall schedule once all resources have transitioned to the W&S project.

As with any software project, there are always some last-minute items that pop up right before launch!

This week the team realized that there was a critical workflow item that required a minor tweak to ensure the MVP version of the Gallery would be optimized. The team adapted very rapidly to make this change and are now honing in on the last few preparation items for launch.

Selected artists are on standby and they are as excited as we are about the upcoming Gallery launch in the next few days.

Lemonade still proved to be quite challenging this week but the team are on the home straight now with some additional testing to take place next week before wrapping up in preparation for any upcoming IDOs.

After next week the team expects that W&S will take centre stage from a development perspective and all eyes will be focused on completing development before the end of September with a launch now likely in October.

Finally, the team will be kicking off a series of intensive requirements gathering and estimation exercises (targeting) next week to lock in our expected Q4 deliverables of Milkshake, Ethlink and the next major releases of Lemonade and Stakbank.
