You'd only drank so much water because you were sure you'd find a lull in the case long enough to go relieve yourself.
Except that every time you found a moment where you could do so, Sherlock suddenly needed you. Almost like he could tell you were about to slip off to the bathroom, and he wanted to deny that. But the reasons he called you over were pretty legitimate, so you brushed off that thought.
The case wrapped up easily, and the two of you headed back to Baker Street. You turned to go to the bathroom, but you suddenly found yourself pinned to the wall. Sherlock's hands were on your hips, his lips on your neck, and his knee shifted up between your legs. And while you enjoyed the attention, you were very very aware of your aching bladder. And now that you thought about it, he hadn't gone to the bathroom himself since early that morning either.
