Trump-Regierung stellt gestürzte Statue von Südstaaten-General wieder auf:
Bei den Black-Lives Matter Protesten wurde vor fünf Jahren die Statue eines umstrittenen Südstaatengenerals gestürzt, US-Präsident Trump will sie in Washington wieder aufstellen lassen. Im Oktober 2025 solle die restaurierte Figur von General Albert Pike erneut in der Hauptstadt zu sehen sein, teilte die für Denkmäler zuständige Behörde mit.

The National Park Service is planning to restore and reinstall a statue of Albert Pike, a Confederate general and Freemason leader, that was toppled during Black Lives Matter protests in June 2020.
