Dieses Bild, das schon länger durch alternative Kanäle kreist, zeigt den bekannten Star-Regisseur und bekennenden Fuß-Fetischisten Quentin Tarantino, wie er einen Fuß im Mund hat. Auffällig dabei, dass der Fuß und das zugehörige Bein recht klein sind und einem Kind zu gehören scheinen.

In dem beistehenden Text ist dargestellt, dass es sich bei der "unbekannten Person" wahrscheinlich um ein Kind im Alter von 6-8 Jahren handeln muss.
